i’ve officially fallen off the sugar free wagon (not to say i was every officially “on” it, but that’s neither here nor there).
in an effort to regain my sanity/energy (and lose my headaches/anxiety), i’m making a concerted effort to re-paleo-fy (technical term) my diet. the real test is to see if i can stick to it on Saturday/Sunday… which i’ve done never. so for now, let’s just focus on Monday thru Friday. baby steps.
